I created Northwest Neuro-Cranial Medicine, LLC to be a specialized naturopathic entity providing exceptionally experienced and effective care, compassionate and honest guidance, meaningful and motivational education, and profound, positive, holistic changes to patients suffering from structural injury/trauma or chronic neurological afflictions and clients desiring a natural expansion of their well-being, energy, and beauty.

Created in 2007, NWNCM, LLC now has two locations, Sky Valley Healing Arts in Snohomish WA and Bear Canyon Wellness Center in Bozeman MT,  with core offerings of:

Professional Biography

In 1997, Dr Lampers was a massage therapist in private practice in Edmonds, Washington. After living with chronic headaches for her young life, she was treated by Dr Dean Howell ND, the creator of NCR (find her story in the Testimonials section).

In that same year Dr Howell was featured in a Sam Biser newsletter, which launched his business and opened up space for him to offer an assistant position to Dr Lampers. For the next near decade, Dr Lampers worked side by side with Dr Howell as his first assistant, traveling, training doctors, and even managing his front office in Bellevue, WA. She also developed the first NCR massage class, teaching many massage therapists, doctors, and their assistants, the pre-treatment that is done with every NCR patient.

Dr Lampers has a BS in Natural Health Sciences with a Major in Nutrition from Bastyr University, and a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle. With an extensive background in massage therapy, yoga philosophy and instruction, and whole foods nutrition,  Dr Lampers has integrated her knowledge into her patient protocols.  Through clinical training in the U.S. and Russia, Dr Lampers has discovered that structural health creates the foundation for happiness in the mental, emotional, and spiritual realms, by eliminating physical pain and blockages.

She has advanced training in Neuro-Cranial Restructuring® and is currently one of only 18 globally certified practitioners, one of 2 NCR specialists in Washington state, and the first in Montana! She has thousands of clinical hours in NCR massage techniques, NCR assessment and treatment, and NCR patient protocols (second only to Dr Howell in Washington).  She currently splits her time between her Snohomish, WA and Bozeman, MT clinics.

 Dr Lampers is also Managing Partner and Senior VP of Sales for GFC, LLC, (www.granitefallscompany.com) a  brokerage company looking to bring a world class lodge and naturopathic spa to Granite Falls, WA.  Dr Lampers interest in age old forms of healing, such as thermal, sun, electromagnetic, movement, and nutrition have led her to the Black Sea of Russia, UK, France, and Austria to study how these healing modalities not only prevent, but eliminate disease.  With this project she has began the development and design of Wild River Spa, with a desire to bring together the best wellness treatments from around the world and the most current naturopathic modalities and philosophies in health and prevention.  

With her background in Whole Foods nutrition, cooking, and dietary counseling, Dr Lampers strives to promote superfoods as a medicine for healing, creating nutritional programs that promte the power that healthy, nutrient dense foods has on our bodies, minds, and spirit. She promotes healthy living through writing, interviews, and public appearances.  

Dr Lampers is a Colorado native, was raised in Bozeman, MT and lives in Granite Falls, WA with her husband and daughter. She enjoys weight training, yoga, gardening, cooking, alpine skiing, reading, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
